If you really want to make a change
in the lives of vulnerable people
due to their physical disabilities
in your mids, the best way to so is
to give your support to overcome
their difficulties in real life.
“Samadhi Hand in Hand” social
project invites you to make this
change in the life of a disabled
person.
Make your selfless contribution by
donating spectacles, hearing aids
contact lenses, wheel chairs,
crutches and artificial limbs to the
people who are in need but cannot
afford the same due to abject
poverty. There is no age barrier and
everybody who has a conscience can
take part in this project.
You can make a contribution either
in your own name or in the name of
your late relatives to bestow merit
on them.
Unit price of the items are given
below and what you have to do is, to
fill up the under mentioned table
indicating the specific item and the
quantity you wish to donate and send
the same to our organization with
your contact details.
Request & Recommendation Letters,
Address, Telephone Numbers and
Photographs of the recipient will be
provided to the donor or the donor
agencies.
Those who wish to receive donation
should get the recommendation by the
Grama Niladari (head of the village) in respective division so as to
ascertain the authenticity of the
claim.
